PROGRAMMING STRATEGY
- Define the role of each platform and its purpose within Red Bulls owned and managed network Instagram TikTok Youtube Red Red Bull TV and others
- Own the relationships with Meta TikTok YouTube and other primary/key platform partnerships
- Lead development and direct implementation of various content forms including video text imagery animation live action and others that best utilize technology on any social media/digital platform
- Optimise channel performance and experience through scheduling customized functionalities and smooth consumer journeys. Develop activation plans cross functionally with other marketing teams
- Work closely with the Head of Red Bull Media Network and Red Bull marketing teams to integrate and measure the value and impact our content opportunities
- Build audience priorities in accordance with the Red Bull Media Network and wider Marketing teams. Provide performance and audience insights to optimise audience engagement
LEADERSHIP
- Attract lead and inspire a team of marketing specialists by creating a culture of high performance innovation and creative thinking
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback with a formal midyear & yearend review for all direct reports
- Build resourcing plans that are efficient and effective which will drive business outcomes and keep our offering relevant and on trend to media habits of Australian consumers
GENERAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT
- Select negotiate and oversee external creatives and publishing partners when necessary or more suitable than internal options including reviewing performance
- Develop partnerships and productive working relationships with content development teams talent culture and sports marketing communications and other related stakeholders to build/leverage networking opportunities
- Oversee the monthly forecasting and tracking procedures aligned to the annual business plan in partnership with your team and the wider Red Bull Media Network team
- Manage and oversee the assigned budget including monthly forecasting reporting and budgeting
Qualifications :
- Digital Media executive with at least 8 years of leadership experience in digital programming of channels/platforms
- Previous experience in roles in similar sized Media Networks/Departments e.g. Head of Programming Head of Digital Media Head of Social Media managing a broad network of channels
- Minimum of 3 years experience in people management
- Demonstrated experience building affinity for brands using media and content
- Expert in identifying where audiences live digitally and consume content and how to engage with them/program content against their consumption behaviour
