Job Description
Preparation of Daily Reports
- Bill of Ladings for shipments being made
- Daily Issue Sheet
- Product Orders
- Product Run Sheet
- Goods Received vs. Shipped
- Inventory reporting Take measurementsPeriod End Reporting for Accounting
- Accounting Reporting
Daily Inventory Reconciliation
- Maintain Accurate Inventory Daily
- Transferring Inventory Between Departments
General Office Duties
- Filing answering phones data entry
Additional Functions
- Assist Office Personnel about shipping and receiving questions and concerns
- Operate Forklift
- Other duties as requested by manager.
Qualifications :
- Good verbal and written communication Skills
- High School diploma some college accounting courses helpful.
- Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
- SAP and Mii experience preferred
- Forklift Certified
