The Opportunity
Day Shift Ville SaintLaurent
Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager the Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of operations in our modern multichannel distribution center located in Ville SaintLaurent.
Responsibilities
- Supervise distribution center operations during the day shift ensuring process efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations focusing on inventory accuracy and optimizing space utilization.
- Lead a team of approximately 15 stock processors during your shift with potential increases during peak periods.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for all employees.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships collaborate effectively and lead within a diverse work environment.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as required.
