Job Description
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Flink Netherlands meets our 28minute promise while balancing efficiencies.
- Help optimize workforce scheduling so we always have the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Dive into data to improve staffing efficiencyfrom analyzing delivery speeds flexible scheduling options to identifying solutions for idle time management.
- Use automation and smart insights to free up time for what matters most.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to finetune demand forecasting models.
- Spot opportunities to improve operations across the country and help bring them to life.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering Data Analytics or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in data analysis operations or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for making decisions based on data.
- Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel SQL or other data analysis software.
- A positive proactive mindsetyoure ready to learn and take on challenges.
- Empathy and critical thinkingyou understand how decisions impact both people and performance.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
