Electro Mechanical Technician 2 - 2nd Shift - Ripon

The Electro Mechanical Technician 2 will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of electrical and mechanical systems. You will be responsible for designing installing and troubleshooting various electrical and electronic circuits while performing basic mechanical repairs as needed.

• Ability to design and test minor electrical circuits

Responsibilities

• Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical PLC and electronic circuits used for machine control
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
• Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment
• Perform basic mechanical repairs
• Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures
• Install and monitor the performance of electrical equipment
• Layout assemble install test repair and adjust electrical fixtures and equipment
• Perform various tasks as directed by the Group Leader

Qualifications

• Twoyear Associate degree required
• 24 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
