The Talent Reviews team within ALX organization is seeking an experienced FEE II to build our next generation UX from the ground up. We are leveraging GenAI capabilities to simplify and streamline experiences as we reinvent the talent review experience that tens of thousands of leaders at all levels across Amazon participate in throughout the year.
As a member of our team you will learn about internal systems and processes that have a big impact on Amazons culture and you will have a direct seat at the table for influencing our direction as we brainstorm new ideas with our customers and build measurable experiments to test them out.
While our focus is with internal teams we operate as a typical Amazon team building systems that leverage the latest AWS technologies. We have great access and connection with our internal customers which are literally a meeting invite or slack away.

2 years of noninternship professional front end web or mobile software development using JavaScript HTML and CSS experience 1 years of computer science fundamentals (objectoriented design data structures algorithm design problem solving and complexity analysis) experience Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
