This is your chance to join a growing company poised to become a leader in the insurance industry.

Location: Sunrise FL 33325 (Exact details will be provided during the application process)
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in comprehensive training programs to build foundational knowledge.
  • Arrive on time and maintain a positive driven attitude throughout the day.
  • Master and effectively utilize provided scripts to excel in sales.
  • Approach every call with high energy and urgency treating each interaction as a unique opportunity to connect with clients.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic individuals aged 1850 either with or without prior sales experience.
  • A strong desire to succeed in sales whether youre new to the field or a seasoned professional with proven success in highpressure onecall close environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay: $500 per week.
  • Commission & Bonuses: 25 commission on core sales and 60 on ancillary products. Average weekly earnings range between $800$1500 after training with top producers earning $2000$3000 weekly.
  • Experienced Anyone whos currently in the industry we have 35 for core and 70 of ancillaries. 200 bonus at 15 deals.
  • Growth Opportunities: Begin with outbound calls during training and transition to 100 inbound live transfers afterward.
  • Additional Benefits: Base pay inbound call support and clear paths for advancement.

Training Program:

  • Day 12: Script/classroom training.
  • Following Days: Morning shadowing and outbound calling (temporary until fully trained).
  • PostTraining: All inbound calls with potential to earn:
    • 2 deals/day: $1000$1500/week.
    • 45 deals/day: $2000$3000/week.
