The role
As Digital Coordinator youll play a vital role in managing and supporting ITSM ServiceNow applications Youll contribute technical expertise assist with testing and deploy system changesall while ensuring smooth daytoday operations and availability.
This role is all about ensuring smooth operations across digital platforms like ServiceNow intranet and webbased systems. Youll contribute technical expertise assist with system testing improve forms and help publish contentall while responding to support requests and maintaining system availability. Its a chance to deliver real impact by supporting both daily operations and ongoing projects.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience operating in a Service Desk environment using the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
- Strong problemsolving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Technical expertise to support and improve IT systems while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Commitment to delivering highquality outcomes by balancing competing priorities effectively.
