Overview
In partnership with the Sr. Department Administrator Surgical Services this position will have responsibility to design develop implement and evaluate programs and resources across the professional departments that comprise surgical services. This position will identify opportunities for development and collaboration to leverage and maximize resource utilization while supporting the operational needs of faculty and APP practice. This position will report to the Sr. Department Administrator but will have matrixed responsibilities with the department administrators.

Responsibilities
- Communications and content development program point of contact across surgical services professional departments
- Develop and implement highquality programs services and activities to meet the stated operational goals across departments
- Prepare and modify documentation and reports
- Collaborates and supports Department Administrators and Operational Leaders within Surgical Services and across the health system relative to communication strategies and content development
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Preferrred and 35 years experience Administrative/Office Manager Program Coordinator Project Coordinator experience preferred or
- Associates Degree and 57 years experience Administrative/Office Manager Program Coordinator Project Coordinator experience preferred or
- HS diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years experience Administrative/Office Manager Program Coordinator Project Coordinator experience preferred; accepted in lieu of a degree

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $28.20/hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
