The newly formed Amazon Business Sales Compensation (ABSC) team is seeking an experienced project/program manager ideally with a sales compensation or sales operations background. In this role you will manage and drive initiatives across the worldwide sales and sales operations teams to help the Amazon Business Sales Compensation organization launch our new program in a way that scales and keeps pace with rapid business growth.

You will work autonomously to manage multiple complex projects and schedules provide leadership status updates manage risk and track relevant metrics. The ideal candidate will combine an ability to influence with problemsolving and organizational skills to drive superior outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
Own the project plan for the AB Sales Compensation program launch
Own the roadmap for future country expansion and compensation system implementation launches in 2027 and beyond
Responsible for crossfunctional stakeholder coordination meeting planning goal tracking and leadership updates
Lead or support doc writing and other org communications
Lead special projects as needed

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience in sales operations or equivalent

Experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience working within a highgrowth technology company
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
Strong planning organizational skills and attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
