Our tech stack
While we advocate for using the right tech for the right task you can expect to work with the following technologies to ensure scalable highperformance applications:
- Programming Languages: JavaScript Java .Net
- Cloud platforms: AWS GCP Azure
- Other technologies: CI/CD TDD
What you can expect
- Work to agile best practices and crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Youll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients as well as working on internal projects
- Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide our clients towards successful digital transformations
- Provide mentorship to engineers and create an environment of continuous improvement
- Live inperson whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Excellent communicator and collaborative team player focused on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Solid foundation in engineering principles scalable system design and security best practices.
Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers. Ability to nurture talent within the team guiding them to enhance their skills in coding architecture and problemsolving through coaching reviews and pair programming.
Proven experience delivering enterprisegrade applications on cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) with expertise in designing scalable cloudnative solutions.
Extensive experience leading technical delivery within Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Expertise in technical decisionmaking and guiding teams towards implementing maintainable longterm solutions.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript Java .Net) and relevant frameworks with demonstrated ability to design and implement fullstack solutions.
Proven capability in shaping the endtoend software delivery lifecycle driving improvements across development testing deployment and operational phases.
Experience implementing infrastructureascode CI/CD and efficient release management strategies.
Experience collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams utilising monitoring and observability tools to drive continuous improvement.
Proven ability to assess and improve system performance through techniques such as load testing caching strategies and optimisation of database queries and application logic to improve scalability and response times.
Expertise in modern engineering standards such as TDD contract testing and secure coding as well as architectural patterns like eventdriven architecture and platform migration.
Skilled at making technical decisions and tradeoffs that positively impact teams and solutions.
Continuous learner with a growth mindset staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and bringing this knowledge into the team to enhance technical capabilities and delivery standards.
