What you can expect
- Work to agile best practices and crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Youll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients as well as working on internal projects
- Live inperson whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

- Develop and document highlevel and detailed architectural designs for complex systems ensuring that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders IT teams and external partners to understand business needs translate them into technical requirements and propose the best possible solutions.
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the clientss strategy identifying opportunities to improve existing systems or leverage new technologies.
- Design and implement integration strategies that allow disparate systems to work together seamlessly ensuring data consistency system reliability and scalability.
- Oversee and guide the development teams during the implementation of designed solutions ensuring adherence to the architecture and best practices.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with internal security standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA) including data privacy security and disaster recovery considerations.
Qualifications :
Essential requirements
Even if you dont meet every requirement below feel free to still apply as we are often hiring for similar roles which your background might be better suited to.
- 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect Software Architect or as a Software Engineer with a strong background in software design and system integration.
- Proven experience designing complex enterpriselevel solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting cloudbased or hybrid systems.
- You thrive in problemsolving and analytical thinking
- You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO NIST etc..
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps environments.
