Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
Expertise in PHP React Native Expo Firebase MySQL and Python.
Strong experience in version control GitHub and source code management.
Handson experience in server configuration hosting management and enterpriselevel application deployment.
Ability to manage highperforming tech teams ensuring timely delivery of highquality software solutions.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and experience in handling highpressure environments.
Deep understanding of scalability security and performance optimization.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with evolving business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with AgriTech or Loyalty software solutions.
Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
Prior experience in a startup or productbased company.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching team members.
