Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for an Outstanding 3form entry school in Redbridge starting in September 2025. This is a fulltime permanent position and interviews will be held as soon as possible.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
- Foster a positive inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages engagement and personal growth.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners ensuring progress for every student.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent highquality teaching.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians keeping them updated on their childs progress.
- Participate in staff meetings professional development sessions and schoolwide activities as required.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in KS2 particularly Year 3 and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Passion for highquality teaching and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
- A teamoriented approach and commitment to contributing to the wider school community.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
