We are currently expanding our commercial team and seeking a Business Development Manager with the ambition to grow into a leadership role based on performance. This is a key hire responsible for building our partner base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and close at least 3 new deals per month
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiating closing
- Leverage your existing network to immediately open doors and generate leads
- Represent ICONIC21 at iGaming conferences and trade shows
- Transfer new accounts to the account management team for ongoing relationship building
- Stay on top of industry trends and provide input on market expansion including regulated markets and licensing
- Contribute to building the BizDev department and potentially lead the team in the future
Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the iGaming industry
- Mandatory: Background with a B2B provider (not operator/B2C side)
- Existing partner database and strong iGaming industry connections
- Familiarity with regulated market entry and licensing processes is a strong plus
- Experience selling Live Casino Slots or RNG products
- Fluent in English (B2C1 level)
- Comfortable with CRM systems and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong hunter mentality not just outreach but proven deal closer
