Senior FullStack Software Engineer
Compensation: $135000$175000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.
Minimum Experience Required: 5 years of fullstack development experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Your Role: As a Senior FullStack Engineer youll design and implement features across the entire technologies stack ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Youll drive architectural decisions and technical direction mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement features across the entire technologies stack ensuring seamless integration and functionality that meets user needs.
Drive architectural decisions and technical direction to enhance system performance and scalability.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices within the team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5 years of fullstack development experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Strong proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend ( Python) technologies demonstrating versatility in your skill set.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with serverless architectures to enhance scalability and reduce operational overhead.
Background in scaling applications to handle increased user demand and ensure reliability.
