Job Description
We are looking for a Developer with deep experience in Java TypeScript and Cloud Platforms (preferably AWS. The ideal candidate is a handson technologist who is passionate about developing and securing scalable REST APIs designing microservices architectures and leading crossfunctional teams to deliver cuttingedge businesscritical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build highquality secure and reliable code
Design code test debug and document new and existing components to ensure that software meets business quality and operational needs
Participate in code and solution design reviews
Follow agile principles and participate in ceremonies to estimate plan design and collaborate with peer engineers to complete stories and meet sprint goals
Work with the team to troubleshoot codelevel problems quickly and efficiently
Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure scalable and maintainable software
Support production deployment operations and maintenance as part of the endtoend platform ownership activities.
Minimum qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive experience in delivering highly available scalable cloudbased distributed systems in a production setting.
Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Extensive experience with the AWS platform and offerings such as ECS serverless lambdas SQS SNS and Kinesis.
Good at working with databases (MySQL DynamoDB) and optimizing queries.
Excellent technical problemsolving skills and aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
