Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design build and release software products in multiple programming languages frameworks and libraries. Responsibilities:
- Designs estimates and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications
- Continuously expanding knowledge in technical but also in different business domain
- Expand horizons and providing direct consultancy to international clients
- Develop functionalities according to defined acceptance criteria
- Work within the Scrum Team to deliver the sprint scope in time and with the expected quality
- Accept the culture of constant improvement by working in an environment that provides support but also the challenge for growth
- Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and ensure high code quality across the projects.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in software development using Python as programming language
- Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as Django Flask or FastAPI
- Strong understanding of different common programing paradigms (OOP Functional etc.)
- Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles (e.g. SOLID GoF MVVM)
- Practical experience in platform specific database systems and SQL
- Good understanding of version control systems like Git or similar
- Solid experience with testing and mocking frameworks
- Familiar with common communication protocols and standards such as HTTP REST JSON TCP/IP and others
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM KANBAN)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Advanced English speaking and writing abilities are required.
