We are currently working with aleading global FMCG company seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a 1year contract role with the potential for renewal based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication planning and organizational skills with a handson approach to handling office operations event planning and travel arrangements. This is a dynamic role that requires someone energetic and resourceful capable of working in a fastpaced environment.

What Youll be Doing

  • Event & Workshop Coordination:
    • Plan organize and manage internal and external events workshops and meetings.
    • Ensure smooth of events by coordinating logistics venue bookings catering and technology setups.
    • Manage postevent feedback and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee office operations including supplies management facility maintenance and vendor coordination.
    • Handle office relocation projects ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for any officerelated issues liaising with building management and service providers.
  • Travel Arrangements:
    • Manage travel bookings for the Senior Director and team members including flights accommodations and transportation.
    • Ensure compliance with the companys travel policies and maintain accurate travel records.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director Franchise Operations and assist in daily office tasks.
    • Prepare reports presentations and documentation as needed.
    • Handle expense reporting and invoice processing.

Who You Are

  • Handson and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Previous experience in office management event planning or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Energetic resourceful and solutionoriented with a cando attitude.
  • Familiarity with travel arrangements and office relocation projects is a plus.
