Responsibilities
- Validate PreConnection and PostConnection Certificates
- Review and assess contractorsubmitted certificates (both electronic and paperbased) for completeness and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and validity.
- Process Grant Applications
- Validate grant submissions check contractor eligibility and supporting documentation.
- Respond to Contractor Queries
- Provide professional timely responses to incoming emails and calls.
- Investigate issues and escalate to the appropriate manager or inspection team where necessary.
- System Management and Data Entry
- Enter validation outcomes into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure that certificate and contractor records are current clear and accessible to other departments.
- Handle Outstanding and Problematic Cases
- Track and follow up on missing or problematic documentation (e.g. expired insurance nonconformance reports).
- Coordinate with Customer Service and contractors to resolve outstanding issues or payments.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to support shared goals and operational efficiency.
- Take part in regular training (e.g. data security customer care) and contribute ideas for improving validation processes.
- General Administration and Support
- Support adhoc tasks reporting and team training initiatives as required.
- Ensure your work aligns with SGSs Code of Integrity Health & Safety Policy and Equality & Diversity standards.

Qualifications :
Required
- Minimum Leaving Certificate
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong IT skills especially in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable:
- Experience working in a regulated or compliancedriven environment
- Familiarity with document validation certification or grant processing not essential
