You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Director Value Added Services GTM & Commercialization will partner closely with the VAS product businesses units regional GTM leads and solutions teams to govern and enable the process of bringing new products and services to market. This role focuses on ensuring products are aligned to client needs ready for distribution to customers and enabled to be sold and activated. The Director will work closely with regional sales and product leaders to support and enable those teams for success as well as with other teams within the VAS Strategy and Commercial Operations organization.
This role sits at the intersection of multiple product organizations and all regions of Visa requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have handson experience launching products to clients in a B2B environment with a proven track record of success in fastpaced environments with demanding timelines.
This is a unique opportunity to drive product delivery excellence within Visas business while collaborating with key members of the Product Organization on a regular basis. This role reports to the Senior Director VAS Commercialization.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152200.00 to 210850.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
