What you will be doing:
- Deliver an allinclusive VIP service for Residential Owners Hotel Owners Shareholders & Brand partners
- Offer your expert recommendations based on product and destination knowledge and assist customers in all inquiries
- Maintain our extensive guest profile history database of personal preferences and information
- Collaborate with Coordinator Customer Care (VIP) our hotel designates and corporate administrative colleagues to provide seamless guest experiences
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and be a contributing participant in team process update calls

Qualifications :
What you need to be successful:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related sales or customer service position
- Experience and/or Education in Hospitality Tourism Sales Customer Service Contact Centre
- A willingness and devotion to serving the needs of the international traveler
- Desire to work cohesively as part of a team with demonstrated listening and organization skills
- Selfconfident with the ability to motivate others to action in a tactful manner
- Experience is working with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software and multitask effectively using multiple internal programs
- Work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment with an ability to discern priorities and adapt quickly to different situations
Location Availability and Remote information:
- Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada
- This is a fulltime permanent career position we do not offer parttime or summer only student positions
- Must reside in and be working from one of these Canadian provinces: New Brunswick Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island
- Can be CentreBased Home Based or Hybrid
- Must have suitable internet connection and home office space for Hybrid or Home Based
- Shifts will include afternoons evenings and holidays and some weekends
