Job Description
Hours : Full time
Salary : 45000 yearly
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company and venue goals
Lead manage and develop the sales and marketing team
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO social media email campaigns and paid advertising for the venue
Build and manage relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed in accordance with business trends
Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches including brand collaborations
Understand events and restaurant market
Qualifications :
- A passion for events & hospitality
- An ambitious individual keen to grow and develop
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager/Head of Sales in a hospitality/events venue
- Previous experience leading a team to achieve great results
- Previous experience of working within a client facing corporate environment
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Meticulous administration coordination and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (internally and externally).
- Proactive and excellent time management.
