Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate international relocations ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on global mobility policies procedures and best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of global mobility strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition Payroll and Finance teams to ensure seamless of mobility processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of relocationrelated documentation including contracts tax filings and immigration paperwork working closely with external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to global mobility activities.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support throughout the relocation lifecycle.

For this role as a Global Mobility Specialist were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Global Mobility preferably within a corporate or advisory firm setting.
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility practices policies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international teamoriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    Preferred qualifications:
    However dont hesitate to apply even if you dont meet these requirements!
  • Experience working in an international organization.
  • Certifications in Global Mobility (e.g. GMS CRP).
  • Knowledge of Dutch immigration and tax regulations will be considered a strong asset.
