Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate international relocations ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide expert advice on global mobility policies procedures and best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of global mobility strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition Payroll and Finance teams to ensure seamless of mobility processes.
- Assist in the preparation and review of relocationrelated documentation including contracts tax filings and immigration paperwork working closely with external vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to global mobility activities.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support throughout the relocation lifecycle.

For this role as a Global Mobility Specialist were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Global Mobility preferably within a corporate or advisory firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of global mobility practices policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international teamoriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
However dont hesitate to apply even if you dont meet these requirements! - Experience working in an international organization.
- Certifications in Global Mobility (e.g. GMS CRP).
- Knowledge of Dutch immigration and tax regulations will be considered a strong asset.
