This position plays a pivotal role within the Global Training and Development department ensuring the successful delivery of training initiatives on a global scale. As part of the Global Training Delivery and Quality team the role involves collaborating closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders worldwide. The role holder will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of the Global Training Strategy integrating it into innovative effective and appropriate training delivery methods to meet Organisational goals
The role holder will also lead the scoping design and development of training courses working closely with the Solution Consultancy team. This includes facilitating training sessions for a wide range of internal and external audiences.
Proficiency in delivering instructorled training is essential for this role and familiarity with applying pedagogy and evidencebased teaching practices is crucial. The role holder will manage the entire training lifecycle from conceptualising and designing learning solutions to delivering impactful sessions and evaluating customer satisfaction. This requires a high degree of autonomy and expertise in creating and delivering effective learning experiences.

The role holder should be an experienced Trainer with significant experience of delivering a wide array of professional development courses it I preferred they also have experience managing or supervising a team.
Work Balance:
30 Training design and delivery
70 Training Delivery
This role is required to travel up to 70 of the time both nationally and internationally
