Your Role at a Glance
- Clinic Operations: Ensure seamless daily flow from front desk to exam room. Keep the clinic running like clockwork.
- People Leadership: Hire train and coach a highperforming team. Set standards inspire ownership and resolve issues quickly.
- Scheduling Mastery: Optimize physician and staff schedules for maximum efficiency and patient flow.
- Billing & Compliance: Oversee OHIP billing thirdparty claims EMR workflows (OSCAR/AVAROS) payroll and endofday audits.
- Facility & Inventory Oversight: Maintain a clean stocked and patientready environment at all times.
- Patient & Community Engagement: Represent AHG with professionalism and warmth. Lead outreach and engagement projects to grow our presence.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Leader: 2 years in a medical office management or healthcare supervisory role.
- Strong Communicator: Clear calm and confident especially in highpressure or fastpaced situations.
- SystemSavvy: Comfortable with EMRs (OSCAR/AVAROS) OHIP billing payroll and reporting tools.
- Organized & Accountable: Youre a checklist master who thrives on order and efficiency.
- PeopleFirst Mindset: Empathetic respectful and driven to create a supportive team culture.
- Flexible Schedule: Willing to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays with flexible hours.
