Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15 years of experience in IT/Engineering recruitment specifically for USbased roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT landscape including various technologies roles (e.g. Software Engineers Data Scientists Network Engineers etc. and the required skills for each.
- Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent judgment critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail ensuring the accurate documentation of all recruitment processes.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (preferred).
