Maintains the ware washing and sanitation needs of kitchen work areas food service equipment utensils cookware and serviceware. Transports meal trays to patient care units retrieves dirty meal trays from the units dirty utility storage areas. Assists in the assembly of meal trays as needed.

Does special cleaning.
Transports assembles and prepares meal trays for patients.
