Evening hours 3PM t0 11:30PM every other weekend
Pay Range $19 $21 an hour

The Trained Medication Assistant (TMA)provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The TMA is responsible for providing strong customer service utilizing courtesy dignity and respect in all of the following responsibilities:
- Create a fun engaging and caring environment for our residents
- Under the direction of an RN administer routine daily prescription or nonprescription medication to residents whose condition and drug regimen are stable
- Assist residents by providing social interaction community connection support personal care housekeeping duties and other tasks
- Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
- Administer constant quality customer service to help our residents thrive
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Certification/current registration as a Trained Medication Assistant (TMA)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred but not required
- Ability to read write speak and follow verbal directions in English
- Knowledgeable about the Home Care Bill of Rights as it applies to the CNA
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality service and excellence in senior care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
