Job Description
Overview /Objective
The Seasonal Production Coordinator at NFL Films is responsible for coordinating shoots for an assortment of projects requiring on location filming as well as occasional production support for the NFL Films Crews at League Events & Games.
This is a 7month seasonal position. Candidates are required to work 5 days week from our offices in Mt. Laurel NJ.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all logistics of on location productions from start to finish specifically crew movements equipment shipments and vendor communication
- Hire camera audio & support crew for on location filming & ensure the onboarding process is complete prior to filming
- Coordinate all crew travel including booking flights hotels & rental vehicles
- Research & book local equipment rentals not provided by the NFL Films Camera & Audio departments
- Research & book locations oversee permitting & handle all administrative tasks associated with those responsibilities including securing vendor paperwork releases & processing payment
- Handle all communication including updating the online schedule sending emails & creating call sheets
- Work closely with other departments to ensure budget considerations & crew assignments are communicated quickly & efficiently
- Administrative tasks may include answering phones requesting certificates of insurance & creating purchase orders
Required Qualifications
- Candidate should have 13 years experience coordinating for Film Production or Event Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of tv/film production including basic camera audio & lighting equipment as well as crew roles and responsibilities on set
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills and high level attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Demands
- Position involves coordinating productions on location candidate should be comfortable being on their feet for long periods of time
Travel
- &/or event needs may require the coordinator to travel on location up to 30 of the time
Salary / Pay Range
- $1500$2000/week
- This job posting contains a pay range which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes in good faith at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances where an external candidate has experience credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. Production demands may include additional hours nights & weekends.
