What Youll Do
& Execute Holistic Workforce Planning
Align Talent Roadmaps: Collaborate with leaders of Araamis and HUED to forecast headcount needs.
Integrated Hiring Strategies: Tailor recruitment pipelines for both operational consultants and creative teams ensuring the right skill sets at the right time.
Set Metrics & Goals: Track timetofill qualityofhire and retention ensuring each organizations growth is anchored by toptier talent.
2. Secure HighPerforming Talent for Lasting Impact
Champion Exceptional Hires: Identify consultants designers innovators who can drive transformations at Araamis and creative innovators for HUEDs joyfocused mission.
Proactive Sourcing: Engage local and regional networks to build a pipeline that aligns with Saudis evolving market demands.
3. Own the FullCycle Recruitment & Negotiation
EndtoEnd Management: From drafting role briefs to final offer discussions maintain quality at every recruiting stage.

Who Were Looking For
Bachelors Degree in an HR or related field.
45 Years of proven success in talent acquisition within consulting industrypreferably in Saudi Arabia or the MENA region.
Workforce Planning Proficiency: Skilled at forecasting talent needs managing recruitment pipelines and aligning them with organizational goals.
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in Arabic and Englishessential for engaging diverse talent pools and communicating each brands value proposition.
Market Insight: Deep knowledge of the consulting industry (strategy technology and management consulting) plus design/innovation fields (UX service design branding innovation digital development)
Negotiation & RelationshipBuilding: Track record of securing top performers in competitive marketsbalancing candidate needs with business constraints.
Analytical & TechSavvy: Proficient in Applicant Tracking platforms metrics analysis and datadriven improvements to optimize recruitment.
