We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness generate leads and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends target audiences and competitors.
3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital social media print etc..
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral such as brochures presentations and advertisements.
5. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
6. Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities and industry trends.
7. Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and partners.
8. Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics social media management tools and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
