The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for setting up and operating machine tools to repair and manufacture plastic Air duct cleaning typically involves clearing out ducts and other HVAC components. Duct cleaning helps air quality reduces odors and improves your systems efficiency. Professional air duct cleaners should inspect ducts and HVAC systems prior to cleaning
- Requirements & Qualifications to Get Job
- Have a good working and knowledge of tools
- Have reliable transportation that allows employee to report to project site with all necessary equipment and tools including PPE
- Ensure all equipment and tools are serviceable; conduct operator levels maintenance as required and report any issues or deficiencies to immediate Supervisor for repair or replace
- Assess current state of air ducts and HVAC equipment using tools provided to see what work is required
- Load/unloading of all necessary tools an equipment on project site
- Conduct demo of walls/ceilings etc. if access is limited or denied
- Use power tools and equipment to remove/replace ducts as necessary; reinstall may also be required
- Conduct cleaning of ducts as required
- Completion of other tasks in a timely manner as assigned by direct Supervisor
- 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to communicate in English
- High school diploma / GED
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: eye & hearing protection gloves steeltoed boots hard hat and flame ant work clothes etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. & work in varying environmental conditions (heat dust noise vibration humidity).

- Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate and repair molds and metalworking tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints work orders and CAD files to ensure precision manufacturing.
- Perform mold repairs including disassembly inspection welding polishing machining and reassembly.
- Manufacture new plastic molds selecting appropriate materials & using CNC mills lathes grinders & EDM machines.
- Conduct heat treatment and surface coating for durability.
- Perform final assembly testing and troubleshooting of molds before production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company protocols.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and assist other processes as directed by the supervisor.
