• Previous experience in mold making repair or modification
• Proficiency in both CNC and manual machining processes
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints and work with tight tolerances

Responsibilities

• Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment
• Repair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipment
• Disassemble clean inspect and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation
• Review and interpret drawings and models
• Operate lathes milling machines surface grinders and other manual/CNC equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area following company and industry safety standards
• Perform other Tool Roomrelated duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Relevant experience in mold making or manufacturing technician roles
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred
