Job Description
Were partnering with a heavy civil construction company and conducting a search for an Assistant Superintendent role. If you have bridge construction experience and are looking to build your career with a respected contractor this could be a great opportunity.
Position Details:
Title: Assistant Superintendent (Bridge Construction)
Location: Albany NY (regional projects home most nights)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Superintendent in managing daily bridge construction operations
Supervise subcontractors crews and equipment onsite

Maintain project schedules and ensure safety compliance

Coordinate inspections materials and project documentation
MustHave Qualifications:

2 years of field leadership experience on bridge projects

Knowledge of DOT standards concrete and/or steel structures

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
