Job Description
Were partnering with a civil construction firm to conduct a search for a Project Manager. If you have experience managing complex construction projects and are looking to join a company that values quality and client relationships this could be a great opportunity.
Position Details:
Title: Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager
Location: Regional projects within company market (travel to job sites required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish ensuring completion on time within budget and to specification
- Lead project planning scheduling (CPM) financial management billing forecasting and cost control
- Supervise project staff including Superintendents Foremen and craft workers
- Act as the primary liaison with clients subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety standards
- Manage subcontractor performance contracts and negotiations
- Maintain accurate project documentation reporting and administrative compliance
- Actively participate in business development and client relationship management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience managing construction projects

Strong project financial management and cost control skills

Knowledge of construction contracts law and industry best practices

Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Project Management and Estimating software

Ability to travel regionally and conduct physical site inspections
