Responsible for planning organizing and overseeing projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and within scope. They manage resources monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Job responsibilities:
Manage design projects related to roads and integrated infrastructure.
Plan and implement projects defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively manage project budget and resource allocation.
Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Track project performance specifically to analyses the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering from a reputed university.
Proven working experience in project management.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices.
Chartered or Professional Engineering license (CEng CIHT PE IEng etc. from globally recognized institutions).
