Position: Fraud Prevention Specialist
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performancebased bonuses.
What Youll Do:
- Monitor and analyse transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities for Italianspeaking customers.
- Investigate suspicious cases assess risks and take appropriate actions to protect customers and the company.
- Communicate with customers professionally via phone email or chat to verify transactions or resolve fraudrelated inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance fraud detection processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and outcomes using company systems.
- Stay updated on fraud trends and contribute to improving prevention strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level) both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel Word) or similar tools.
- Previous experience in fraud prevention customer support or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal and work in an officebased environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends (e.g. 8hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
