As the Center Medical Director you will play a pivotal role in providing highquality medical care to our patients and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to the medical team at our Santa Rosa center
Ensure the delivery of highquality patientcentered care
Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical staff
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Serve as a mentor and educator to medical staff and students
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of California
Board certification in a primary care specialty
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting
Previous leadership experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to providing quality patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
