Job Description
What would you be doing:
Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Perform new customer acquisition through research referrals networking cold calling data feeds and emails.
Affiliate Relationship Management:
- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on daytoday issues.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
Reporting and Strategy Development:
- Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
- Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals to increase revenue targets.
Stay Current with Industry Trends & Event Coordinator:
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Proven experience in building and managing affiliate programs with existing affiliate networks and a track record of revenue generation through affiliate networks.
- Experience attending affiliate conferences and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in English Malay and Mandarin with strong organizational planning problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Capable of multitasking working under pressure and thriving both independently and within a team setting.
