Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Fund Operations: Oversee fund operations including client onboarding risk disclosures and account maintenance with custodians.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance (NAV) of external fund managers.

Cash and Settlement Management: Monitor settlement status of cash activities and perform cash reconciliation.
- Reporting: Produce managerial reports including portfolio performance and key control metrics for senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as custodians trustees fund administrators IT vendors and legal counsels.
- System Enhancements: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system enhancements.
- Project Support: Assist in the implementation of new funds process improvements and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher.

At least 4 years of experience in asset management.

Knowledge of equity and fixed income products.

Proficiency in Excel
-
Fluency in Mandarin Cantonese and English is preferred.
