Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Set up and operate machines for optimal performance
- Adjust equipment to ensure quality output and proper speed
- Inspect materials before during and after runs
- Feed raw materials into machines
- Perform basic maintenance and use mechanical tools as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe operations
- Read measuring devices and follow production instructions
- Keep the work area clean and follow safety standards.
- Machine Operator experience is a must handson learners welcome!
- Experience in printing paper converting or packaging is a plus
- Able to differentiate colors accurately
- Willing to work shifts (days evenings or nights)
- Open to overtime and weekend hours when needed
- Must have safety shoes
- Able to work independently troubleshoot and solve problems
- Punctual reliable and able to communicate clearly in English
