Division
The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) Division ensures Euroclears competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
Your role as a Junior Cloud Engineer would be to build innovative solutions that rely on cloud technologies to bring value to Euroclear as a data and insightsdriven company.
In order to reach these objectives you will:
- Analyse requirements from your business stakeholders and develop solutions/program logic that fulfil those requirements delivering new applications or modifying existing onesspecifically on the Azure Cloud
- Code test debug document implementand maintain software applications in your domain
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the cloud development practice at Euroclear in terms of insights components technique
- Contribute to maturing new ideas (products technical components whether as proofs of concepts or as actual developments that are meant to become part of our production toolkit.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or comparable qualification.
- Good knowledge of C# or .Net Core
- Some knowledge of basic protocol (HTTP TCP SSL)
- Some knowledge in relational database querying (SQL Server Oracle)
- Some experience with cloud environment (Azure AWS)/web development
Will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of REST API JSON
- Knowledge of AGILE development methods such as SCRUM is clearly an asset
- Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts
- Basic knowledge of version control systems like GIT
