ROLE SUMMARY
ICO PC Brand Marketing Lead Paxlovid
- This role is crucial as the brand custodian within ICO ensuring that our marketing plans and not only drive growth and competitive advantage in the market but also enhance patient access to Paxlovid.
- Collaborate closely with the ICO PC Senior Brand Marketing Lead Paxlovid who holds ultimate accountabilities for all aspects of brand marketing strategies and .
- The new BML will play a pivotal role in reigniting marketing strategies and content considering the evolving environment and challenging the status quo. This role will drive tactics that deliver immediate impact in collaboration with our growth acceleration lead while also ensuring the longterm sustainability of the portfolio by preparing for the future launch of Ibuzatrelvir in collaboration with Senior BML.
- Serve as the ICO regional expert acting as the regional content catalyst by providing relevant adapted brand and customerspecific content through collaboration with CoLab / CMO.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
ICO regional expert for Paxlovid and represent ICO region at global level in collaboration with the ICO PC Senior Brand Marketing Lead:
- Shape and cascade global strategy and content act as a point of contact for global brand teams represent ICO with global brand teams and provide ICO insight/needs to global strategy and content creation
- Collect insights and understand country needs to ensure outstanding marketing planning/
- Craft compelling executive narratives that distil complex information into clear and impactful messages
Act as a point of contact and sounding board for country LT and teams (e.g. ACLs CBLs) to:
- Ensure ACLs and Country teams are updated on global strategy and initiatives
- Guide content adaptation/creation and customer journey creation process with Customer Content Managers
- Provide midterm and longterm outlook of brand portfolio and develop growth/efficiency plans to inform LRF and timely strategic investment decisions
- Support CL in coordinating key annual financial LE/OP and monthly performance processes and provide a holistic International view by tracking financial and nonfinancial KPIs
- Optimize brand impact by identifying and scaling best practices
Provide simplified patient/forecast models for clusters markets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Regional/Global Marketing Teams with demonstrated capability of working across countries and cultures. Experience in Asia is a plus as many Paxlovid KNOTS are in this part of the world.
- Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix.
- Extensive and multiple years of Marketing experience
- Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
- Commercial/portfolio management experience including accountability for revenues/operating expenses (P&L) asset allocation value and cost driver decisions.
- Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders
- Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability
