About the Role:

12Role Overview:
This role provides direction and support to the Data & Researchs Corporates commercial teams by leading compliancefocused conversations that drive revenue. This position requires a strategic approach to ensure that compliance initiatives align with business objectives fostering growth and sustainability. Responsibilities include assessing customer licenses and terms helping commercial to diagnose use cases leading licensing conversations and coordinating with commercial to develop and deliver proposals/presentations. The position also involves developing medium to longterm strategies to protect and grow the value of S&Ps data. Compensation is based on the achievement of growth objectives.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $102k $160kk. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan or commission plan.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead compliancefocused discussions with internal and external stakeholders to support revenue generation.
Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure compliance initiatives support sales efforts.
Provide training and guidance to commercial teams on compliancerelated matters.
Offer strategic insights and act as a thought partner to address complex licensing issues.
Customer Focus (Internal & External):
Build strategic relationships with key executives to support business needs and longterm partnership opportunities.
Communicate complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders negotiating solutions that align with strategic goals.
Engage in highlevel strategic meetings with key clients to foster relationships and discuss partnership opportunities.

10 years of experience in Licensing and Compliancerelated roles.
