Amazon Advertising seeks the worlds brightest and best technical engineers to drive nextgeneration solutions that enable advertisers to reach customers across our owned and operated sites on other highquality publisher sites across the web and on millions of desktops mobile and connected TV devices. Our mission is to offer the worlds most customercentric advertising. Amazon DSP (ADSP) is Amazons programmatic advertising product for campaign spanning Display Video and Audio across Amazon properties (e.g. IMDb TV Twitch Fire TV and Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of thirdparty 3P) websites and apps. We seek candidates who want to join a team focused on building largescale systems that integrate across multiple sources to provide unique advertising products. These products give advertisers the controls and data necessary to improve the relevancy and performance of their ads.
Amazons DSP (ADSP) Display engineering team seeks a software engineer to join the ADSP display engineering team for programmatic and guaranteed ad products. This role will be responsible for delivering solutions for significant portion of our advertising business focused on the needs of the most sophisticated advertisers representing some of the bestloved brands in the world. The right candidate will develop innovative products and disruptive technical solutions. The individual in this role will have responsibility for software development from inception through delivery. You will working across a diverse set of technology and increase your influence by earning the trust of your peers by delivering exceptional results.
Key job responsibilities
Design and build fullstack solutions.
Use your problemsolving skills collaborating with creative and technical teams thinkingbig and inventing and simplifying to solve challenges.
Deliver novel customer experiences by developing solutions.
Collaborate with teams across Amazon to integrate and optimize existing ad products to take advantage of Amazons scale and reach.
Leverage your technical ability excellent organizational and communication skills to build and solve challenging and ambiguous problems. Youll use your ingenuity and motivation to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.
Provide guidance to and mentor other SDEs in the team.
Be responsible for high quality bar ensuring quality design reviews and robust engineering practices for automated testing and code coverage.
5 years of noninternship professional software development experience
5 years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
5 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience as a mentor tech lead or leading an engineering team
5 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
