Customers are our lifeblood and want to fell they are our priorityMake everyone who phones our business or comes into our showroom feel like their need question or issue is the most important thing we have to deal with at the moment.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing those calls appropriately to the department or person being called
- Acting as a host to the customers who are in our showroom
