Job Description

Regional Manager Quality Review for ID/DD

Georgia remote

@Orchard LLC is supporting a notforprofit corporation that partners with public and private sectors to create highquality safe and efficient delivery of health care and human services programs. Our client has multiple lines of business including population health utilization review managed care organization quality review and quality assurance for programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Our client is also a national leader in fighting fraud waste and abuse for large organizations across the addition our client operates a foundation providing grant opportunities to those with programs for underserved communities.

For this opportunity we are seeking a dedicated and strategic Regional Manager to join our Clients Quality Team supporting review services for programs and care supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD). This position will be responsible for coaching at least four assessors and overseeing specific deliverables as assigned ensuring quality and performance. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage multiple tasks and lead a team to success. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing technical assistance to our customersfostering client relationships andmanaging deliverables. You will also be expected to support training deliverables and other review activities based on the needs of the Georgia contract.

The Regional Manager will report directly to the Georgia Director and will play a key role in shaping the future of the company in Georgia. This managementlevel position is GA Home Based and involves up to 50 travel. The job duration is regular/atwill reflecting the ongoing commitment we seek from our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a proven track record of success in management and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine period funding limitations procedures for accomplishing project staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and is the primary contact for stakeholder concerns.
  • Assists in the development/design solution for improvement of internal processes and staff development.
  • Provides updates and oral presentations for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Prepares project reports for management client or others.
  • Ensures the products meet quality standards.
  • Develops and utilizes management tools to monitor contract performance deliverables and quality of work.
  • Ensures all deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner and as deemed acceptable by the customer.
  • Assists and supports the development and implementation of internal and external training to stakeholders.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Provides leadership and helps develop leadership skills in reviewers.
  • Protects and maintains the privacy of associate personnel records including compensation

Education and/or Experience

  • Masters degree and four years experience in the field preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in human services or healthcare field with experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities required.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a management role within a relevant industry preferred.
