Premier Restoration Hawaii helps restore homes and business in the event of natural disasters or accidents that cause fire water wind or mold damage to a property. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have a strong understanding of our fullservice offering sales process excelling at generating leads building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence decision makers to make Premier Restoration their first choice when restoration services are needed.

Position Summary / Primary Purpose

The Business Development Manager will sell the suite of services offered by Premier Restoration Hawaii to current and new clientele.

Essential Functions

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their processes and needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their current and future needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; assist with the C3 team to resolve any issues that may arise postsale.
  • Maintains communication and relationships with existing and previous customers document activities and touches in Salesforce.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls orders sales lost business and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • May be assigned to a territory or market segment.

Minimum experience:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales
  • Strong consultative sales experience
  • Ability to build lasting business relationships

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: Starting at $65000/annually based on experience
