Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting highperforming teams We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to provide efficient secretarial and administrative services at Manning Hospital
About the Role
In this diverse and dynamic role you will be a key support person ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the team. Youll manage diaries coordinate travel and meetings prepare highquality correspondence and act as the first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries. Youll also provide secretariat support for meetings and maintain accurate records and reports to support effective decisionmaking. The Manning Mental Health Service is currently undergoing widescale change and this role will play a crucial role in supporting changes to the admiration team and well as the broader team. Remote work from another HNE facility may be considered.
